AI Draft Replies for Every Gmail Email

Most emails need a two-line answer you've written a hundred times before. Typing them still eats an hour a day. This workflow has AI pre-write a draft for every incoming email - in your tone, following your rules - and saves it as a Gmail draft. Nothing is ever sent without you: you stay the final filter.

What this workflow does

1. A Gmail Trigger polls for new emails in your inbox.
2. An AI node reads the sender, subject, and body, and writes a reply following your style instructions.
3. A Gmail node saves the reply as a draft on the same thread - it never sends anything.
4. You open the thread, tweak the draft if needed, and hit send.

Setup guide

1. Import the JSON into n8n (Workflows > Import from File).
2. Connect your Gmail account in both Gmail nodes.
3. Edit the system prompt in the AI node: your name, sign-off, tone, and any standing rules (pricing answers, links you always share).
4. Optionally narrow the trigger filter, e.g. exclude newsletters with '-category:promotions'.
5. Activate, then email yourself from another address and check your drafts folder.
